In ESI research field ranking the published papers and citation frequency of material sciences in National Taiwan Ocean University ranked 10th nation-wide, according to Higher Education Evaluation and Accreditation Council of Taiwan. Given the fact that only the best 1% universities world-wide are listed in ESI ranking this achievement is particularly noteworthy.
